Understanding Our Furniture Grades
Outlet furniture is priced by condition, not guesswork. Every eligible piece is assigned a condition grade so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy. Look for the grade badge on each product page.
The lower the grade, the lower the price. A higher grade means a cleaner piece; a lower grade means bigger savings in exchange for cosmetic imperfections.
Perfect condition. These pieces are essentially flawless — think brand-new furniture with no visible wear, marks, or imperfections. Often overstock or never-sold inventory.
Excellent condition. Only the most minor cosmetic imperfections that are difficult to notice, such as a faint mark or slight handling wear. Structurally and functionally like new.
Good condition. Solid, fully functional furniture with noticeable but modest cosmetic flaws — small scuffs, a minor blemish, or light wear. Priced to reflect the imperfections.
Fair condition. Functional pieces with more significant cosmetic damage or heavier wear. The lowest prices in the store for shoppers who prioritize value over appearance.
How Grades Affect Pricing
Two identical models can carry very different prices based solely on their grade. If you do not mind a small scuff or a bit of wear, a B or D grade piece is an easy way to take home quality, name-brand furniture for significantly less. Every grade is fully disclosed up front — no surprises.
