All outlet furniture is sold on an as-is basis. All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Sold As-Is
Every item in our outlet is sold on an as-is basis. Prices reflect the condition of each piece, including floor models, overstock, discontinued styles, and pieces with minor cosmetic imperfections.
All Sales Final
Because our furniture is priced for clearance, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds once a purchase is complete.
Inspect Before You Buy
We encourage every customer to fully inspect their selection in the showroom before purchasing. Our team is happy to walk you through the condition and any noted imperfections.
Delivery & Pickup
Please inspect your item at the time of pickup or delivery. Any transportation damage should be reported to our staff immediately, before the item leaves our care.
Manufacturer Warranties
Outlet items do not carry a store warranty. Some products may still be covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty, which is handled directly by the manufacturer and is not guaranteed on as-is or clearance merchandise. Ask an associate whether a specific piece includes any remaining manufacturer coverage.
